• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable toward other users or Brevnaskor staff
• Circumventing any access controls, copy protection mechanisms, or security features
• Using the platform for any commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content available on the Brevnaskor platform, including but not limited to quiz materials, assessments, instructional text, graphics, software, and interactive features, is the exclusive property of Brevnaskor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Brevnaskor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content.

5.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the platform, you grant Brevnaskor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate such feedback without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

6. Quizzes, Assessments, and Results

The platform provides interactive quizzes and test assignments as educational tools. Results, scores, and feedback generated by the platform are intended for informational and learning purposes only. They do not constitute formal academic qualifications, professional certifications, or any other official credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific programme description.

Brevnaskor does not guarantee that any particular outcome, score, or level of achievement will be attained through use of the platform.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Access to certain features or content may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise Brevnaskor to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

7.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is subject to our refund policy, which is made available separately. Brevnaskor reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected users.

7.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your purchase of platform services, unless Brevnaskor is required by law to collect and remit such amounts on your behalf.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brevnaskor and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Brevnaskor's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Brevnaskor in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
